The hidden, illuminated

Decodes the hidden spectrum of human performance.

Measuring what was always there. Illuminating what was always invisible.

SPECTRIA is the multimodal AI platform that evaluates the non-verbal and verbal mechanics of top-tier enterprise communicators, transforming soft skills into precise, actionable data.

The problem

Billions spent training a skill nobody can measure.

Corporate learning and development is one of the largest line items in the enterprise budget, and the least accountable.

The Pareto Reality

14–17% of sales reps generate ~80% of revenue. The rest aren't lazy, they've simply never been measured.

The Multimodal Gap

What separates elite performers from the rest happens across four channels at once: Voice, Face, Body and Language.

The PIP Illusion

Performance Improvement Plans measure nothing. They contain no actual calibration and offer no diagnostic baseline, they are paper trails built for defensible termination.

“Underperformance is rarely inability. It’s a ramp that was too short, a background that transfers imperfectly, or a culture someone is still learning to navigate. SPECTRIA stops companies from paying twice for unmeasured talent.

The benchmark

The standard is not a textbook ideal. It is the person in your building already doing it well.

Every other tool measures you against a generic best practice nobody in your company has ever met. SPECTRIA takes the standard from your own top performer and reports the distance to it, dimension by dimension, a target that is provably reachable, because somebody down the corridor is already reaching it.

What we measure

What does SPECTRIA measure?

Four channels, from one ordinary recording, no studio, no wearables, no second camera. Anything that could not be measured is reported as absent rather than scored as zero.

Words

Structure, hedging, sentence length, filler, the shape of the argument itself.

Voice

Pace, pitch range, pauses, and how much of the room you actually held.

Face

Expression and its authenticity, including whether a smile reached the eyes.

Body

Gesture, posture, openness, and the movement that pulls attention away.

The five dimensions

Hundreds of parameters, five things to work on

Hundreds of measured parameters resolve into five things a person can actually work on.

Clarity
How cleanly the message lands.
Conviction
The authority underneath the words.
Energy
The presence that fills a room.
Warmth
How an audience is held.
Confidence
The calm that reads as control.
The close

Sixty seconds is enough to start.

Record once and you have a baseline. Record again and you have a direction. Nothing is shared with anyone until you choose to share it.
