Terms of service

A measurement instrument for communication delivery. It analyses a recording you supply and reports measurements of how the delivery landed, together with a comparison against a benchmark drawn from your own or your team’s previous analyses.

SPECTRIA does not assess a person’s honesty, personality, intelligence, character or fitness for a role, and it must not be used as though it did.

You may not use SPECTRIA as the basis of a hiring, promotion, disciplinary or termination decision, nor as evidence in one. Every analysis carries the sentence that governs it: a measurement of delivery in one recording, not an assessment of the person, their ability, or their character. Using the output against that sentence is a breach of these terms.

You may only submit a recording of someone who has consented to being analysed. Where you upload a recording of another person, you confirm you have their informed consent to do so. We collect consent in the product as well, but that does not transfer the obligation to us.

You retain all rights in the recordings you submit and the analyses produced from them. We claim no licence to use them beyond what is needed to run the service for you, and we do not use them to train models. See the privacy notice.

Analyses are covered by a monthly subscription, six analyses, or an hour of recording, plus one analysis free every month, or by a team agreement priced per user. An analysis that fails or is cancelled is never charged and never counted against the month.

SPECTRIA is provided as-is while in early access, without an uptime commitment. Analyses depend on third-party compute that can be unavailable, and where that prevents an analysis from completing you are not charged for it.

You can stop at any time and take your data with you, or erase it. We may suspend an account that uses the service in the ways prohibited above.
