Analysis

One recording, measured across words, voice, face and body. This is the word the product uses everywhere, never a “run”, “scan” or “job”.

Benchmark

The standard your recordings are measured against: the best analysis by the people around you, a real colleague, not a textbook ideal. Until enough people have recorded, it is your own best previous analysis.

Channel

One of the four measurement streams, words, voice, face or body, each analysed on its own terms, so a weak signal in one never quietly contaminates another.

Clarity

How cleanly the message lands.

Cohort

The group your numbers are compared against, the people in your organisation who have measured analyses. A team figure is only ever shown when at least four people could have produced it.

Confidence

How much of a recording could be measured cleanly, reported as high, medium or low. Low confidence means fewer channels were usable, that is about the recording, not about you.

Congruence Quotient

One number across everything measured, how well what you said, how you said it, and how you looked while saying it agreed with each other.

Conviction

The authority underneath the words.

Coverage

How much of a recording could actually be measured, which channels contributed usable readings, and how many parameters they supported. Anything that could not be measured is recorded as absent, never scored as zero.

k-anonymity

The privacy rule behind the cohort floor: a team figure is only shown when at least four people could have produced it, so no one's score can be recovered by subtraction. Below the floor, the figure never even reaches the page's data.
